Habitat for Humanity Philippines recognizes its need to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). PII is any single piece of information or linked pieces of information that directly or indirectly identifies a living person or affirms the physical location of a living person. All forms (hard copy, electronic or digital) of PII shall be managed and fall within the Data Privacy Policy of Habitat for Humanity Philippines and Habitat for Humanity International. The PII covered by the organizational policy may come from various types of individuals performing tasks on behalf of Habitat for Humanity, which may include employees, applicants, donors, volunteers, advocates, vendors, independent contractors, and beneficiaries of programs. The scope of the policy is intended to be comprehensive and will include requirements for the security and protection of such information within and outside of the organization.

Moreover, Habitat for Humanity Philippines shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Philippine Government’s Data Privacy Act of 2012, also known as Republic Act No. 10173, its implementing rules and regulations, the issuances, and circulars of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"), as well as other applicable personal data privacy and protection laws and regulations (collectively," Privacy Laws "). It shall implement the appropriate and reasonable level of organizational, physical, and technical security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of any personal information and sensitive personal information as defined under the Privacy Laws (collectively "Personal Data") that may be processed pursuant to this Contract and the Privacy Laws.

When the billing country is the U.S., the 9-digit postal code must follow this format:

When the billing country is Canada, the 6-digit postal code must follow this format:

[alpha][numeric][alpha][space][numeric][alpha][numeric]
Example: A1B 2C3

For the rest of the world countries, the maximum length is 10.
